Plug the one end into the modem that was plugged in wall jack earlier. Then plug the other end into the wall jack that was plugged into the modem earlier. To sum up you need to swap the both the ends of the DSL cable. 3) You need to plug out the Ethernet cable from the back of the modem & the computer and then plug it back. Customer: Seriously?
